Role overview

The British Council Rome is asking for applications for 1 part- time, fixed-term post (1 year) of Customer Care Assistant.

The purpose of the job is to deliver high quality services to internal and external customers and clients; to provide a high quality, welcoming and efficient integrated service while adhering to global customer service standards of excellence. You will have Italian to Council of Europe level C2, English to Council of Europe level C1, strong communication skills, proven experience of working in a customer facing role.
