Exploring Heaney’s Life and Works
The seminar will illustrate how web sources and new techniques can be used to flesh out and animate knowledge of a poet’s life and works. The study in question will focus on the Irish Nobel Prize winner Seamus Heaney, and illustrate how he wrote his poems epistemologically, defining them as stepping stones rather than final destinations.
