The Head of Customer Service, Italy, will lead the team of Sales and Customer Services, and manage the Contact Centre across the country, demonstrating the values, behaviours and knowledge required by Customer Service professionals to ensure the quality and efficiency in service delivered to internal and external clients.

Role overview
The post holder will have:
- Pre-existing right to work in Italy;
- Degree; English at level C1, Italian at level C2;
- Minimum of 5 Years’ Experience of people management in Customer Service;
- Contact Centre previous experience;
- Good Finance and Resources Management skills;
- Communication skills;
- Able to use a range of non-standard and creative approaches to work;
- Excellent IT skills.
