Your job will be to be part of the Integrated Customer Service team and provide excellent customer services and excellent UK and British Council brand experience and build a long-term relationship as a result. You will have excellent spoken and written Italian (mother tongue), English to Council of Europe level B2, strong interpersonal, IT, and communication skills and be up-to-date with latest industry practice in customer service.
