Would you like to develop your teacher training career in a professional global organisation with excellent training opportunities? In our teaching centres in Rome, Milan and Naples we employ teachers either on a freelance (hourly-paid) basis or on fixed term contracts. We also have teaching roles with additional responsibilities, for example co-ordinating ICT resources for teachers or courses for Young Learners. These roles are often a stepping stone towards applying for Senior Teacher posts.

Most of our teachers work onsite, delivering high quality face-to-face English language courses to adults and young learners. Others (especially those specialising in Business English), work off-site in companies, governmental agencies or academic institutions. We employ local teachers and expatriates from many different countries so your colleagues could be from anywhere in the world.

When a teaching post become available, a detailed explanation of the duties associated with the job, along with the skills, experience and qualifying criteria we are looking for can be found in the vacancy information. However, for standard teaching roles at entry level, we look for candidates with the following:

  • Option 1: TEFL Q (in most cases DELTA) and 2 years’ experience (can be prior to TEFL Q)
  • Option 2: Any degree (or NQF level 6) + TEFL I (usually CELTA) Grade A + no post cert. experience necessary (if there was relevant experience before the cert.)
  • Option 3: Any degree (or NQF level 6) + TEFL I (usually CELTA) Grade B + 1 year’s post cert experience necessary (if there was relevant experience before the cert.)
  • Option 4: Any degree (or NQF level 6) + TEFL I (usually CELTA) Grade C + 2 years post cert. experience
