A chance to take part in an intriguing excursus into matters of food and the English. Combining literary sources and non, a group of academics from Milan State University have put together a literary history for foodies, starting with the Middle Ages and going right up to the present. The seminar will take the form of a presentation of their volume. Be ready for plenty of anecdotes and recipes.
