Taking IELTS in Italy
We strongly recommend that you register online at least five weeks prior to the test date.
You will receive an email approximately 7 days before the test date confirming the venue for your test and the timetable.

* Please note, once the registration is closed the test will no longer appear on our online registration system. Registration deadlines may be brought forward depending on test availability.
IELTS test locations
IELTS in Italy it is offered by the British Council in more than 40 locations. Depending on where you choose to take your test, your registration will be handled by the Milan or Rome office.

Test fee
The IELTS test fee is 234 Euros. It is valid up to 31st December 2018. From 1 January 2019, the cost will be 238 Euro.
Speaking tests
The speaking module may be taken in the period of seven days before or seven days after the written part of the test. It is usually organised in the week before the written part of the exam or on the same day as the written part. These arrangements depend on the number of candidates registered for a session.
