British Council Rome, Italy is recruiting an Exams Operations Coordinator, grade H, 1.5 year fixed term.
The purpose of the job is to assist the Director Examinations Italy and Exams Management in the administration and coordination of British Council Rome Exams Operations and to provide excellent levels of service to exams’ clients, candidates and stakeholders, ensuring high quality service standards are met as well as compliance requirements.

Role overview
Locally Appointed grade H / 1.5 year fixed term contract for substitutions purposes / Full Time 35 hours per week / 5 days a week Mon-Sat with one day off (tbc) / possible unsocial hours and week-ends / possible travels / Gross pay from 2,072.00 monthly / Location Italy - Rome / Candidates must meet Role Profile requirements and have pre-existing right to work in Italy. Appointment will be subject to criminal check (for Child Protection purposes).
Applicants need to have a pre-existing right to work in Italy; English at operational level, Italian at level C2 of Council of Europe; good IT, communication, planning and organising skills; knowledge of SAP; Knowledge of a wide range of exam products.
