10 November, 8.00 pm

Triennale Milano Teatro met with the National Theater of Scotland thanks to the collaboration born within the UK/IT Season 2020. On November 10, Jean Cameron, Creative Director of the UK/IT Season 2020, and Jackie Wylie, Artistic Director of the National Theater of Scotland, introduced the collaboration between the two theaters for the Scenes for Survival project - a season created by the National Theater of Scotland which collects more than 50 digital theatrical works - opening the screening of 4 of the 9 films selected by Triennale Milano Teatro and presented online from November 11 to November 20. The projection of the 4 digital theatrical works was followed by a dialogue between Jackie Wylie and Valeria Cantoni, a member of the artistic committee of Triennale Milano Teatro, who discussed themes, reflections and suggestions related to the Scenes for Survival project.

Scenes for Survival is the season of digital theatrical works created by the National Theater of Scotland in response to the Covid-19 epidemic, exceptionally made during the quarantine by a creative team consisting of a performer, a playwright and a director, to recount the lockdown in Scotland in an original and unprecedented way.
