A broadcast of Richard III launches Almeida Theatre Live to cinemas.
For the first time, Almeida Theatre Live will give audiences the chance to see Almeida Theatre's plays filmed live from its stage. Almeida Artistic Director Rupert Goold said The chance to take the work of the Almeida to international audiences via live cinema screening is a new and timely venture for us that I’m extremely excited about.
Richard III is directed by Rupert Goold, with Ralph Fiennes as Richard, Duke of Gloucester and Vanessa Redgrave as Queen Margaret.
Almeida Theatre Live is distributed in Italy by Nexo Digital.
