Cambridge Exams FAQs

Following the government decree of 22 April 2021, exam sessions will be cancelled in red zones. Until 31 July 2021, the British Council will communicate cancellations every Saturday, following the updates to zones published on Fridays. Exceptions to this are sessions taking place in primary schools, secondary schools and universities in red zones, which will go ahead as planned. All exam sessions in yellow and orange zones are confirmed until July 31 2021 unless further restrictions are announced. 

If your exam has been cancelled due to the Covid-19 crisis, we will not charge you an additional fee for the transfer to another date.

If you are affected by the cancellation, we will contact you by email. If you have registered through a school they will contact you directly with their refund policy.

Results for Cambridge English exams are available on the Cambridge English website to which you received your personal code. Cambridge English exam results are available four to six weeks from the exam date for paper-based exams and two weeks for computer-based exams.
Your Cambridge Certificate will be posted to you in hard copy. We are not able to provide test results over the phone, by email or fax for security reasons.

We are not able to send exams certificates by email. At the moment, all certificates are sent by post.
