The Italy Product Lead - Adults is a country level position that will lead on ensuring Quality in the Classroom through performance management and professional development of Teaching Professionals across the British Council’s network of Teaching Centre’s in Italy.

Role overview
The post-holder will ensure learning methodology exceeds customer expectations, promotes a positive reputation and guarantees that British Council is considered the thought leader in the field of ELT.
Applicants need to have:
- pre-existing right to work in Italy;
- English at C2 level, Italian at minimum B1 level;
- University Degree;
- Delta or equivalent;
- previous relevant experience in Adults area;
- deep knowledge of a complex educational context;
- strong organisational and management skills;
- Leadership skills.
