The scope of the role is to develop new and efficient ways of working to maximise business performance at Milan Teaching Centre.

Role overview

The Business Performance Controller is responsible for managing appropriate systems and processes (for both digital and face to face interactions with clients, and including the effective use of approved enrolment, booking and payment systems, data gathering tools, dashboards, and relevant business analysis and planning tools), in Milan Teaching Centre.

The post holder will have:

  • Pre-existing right to work in Italy;
  • Degree;
  • English and Italian at level C1;
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in Business management roles;
  • Good Finance and Resources Management skills;
  • Analysing Data and Problems skills;
  • Excellent IT skills.
